RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1 Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the User has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the Purchase Contract within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the moment in which the User received the Delivery of the Product (meaning for “delivery” the physical possession of the Product). To this end, the User must communicate to the Company his intention to withdraw from the Purchase Contract, in whole or in part, within the aforementioned period of 14 (fourteen) days by contacting us via email at customerservice@bellwood.it once you have received the instructions from our customer service you will have to send the product(s) to the following shipping address:

Defective items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. BELLWOOD is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after your order has been shipped.

2 In case of exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 1, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal pursuant to the previous article 1, the User undertakes to return the Product to the Company, accompanied by the documentation requested by the Company upon completion of the withdrawal procedure, through the services of the carrier:

2.1 suggested by the Company; or (b) independently chosen by the User. In the case referred to in letter (b), the User acknowledges and accepts that any liability in the event of loss or damage to the Product during transport will be his/her sole responsibility. In any case, the costs of returning the Product to the Company will be borne by the User who has exercised the right of withdrawal (" Return Costs "), with the exception of the payment of any Duties provided for by the legislation of the place from which the User returns the product; or

2.2 independently chosen by the User. In this case, the User who has exercised the withdrawal acknowledges and accepts that all return costs and any liability in the event of loss or damage to the Product during transport will be his/her sole responsibility.

3 The User also undertakes to return the Product to the Company:

3.1 intact, in excellent condition and inserted in the original packaging;

3.2 not used, worn, washed and/or damaged, except for what is strictly necessary for the User to establish the nature and extrinsic characteristics of the Product and to verify that it corresponds to the Product indicated in the Purchase Order Confirmation;

3.3 equipped with the Product identification tag, which constitutes an integral part of the good, fixed to the Product itself with the disposable seal applied by the Company.

4 In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the User in accordance with the conditions set out in this article 'Returns and Refunds', the Company undertakes to refund the User, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of withdrawal by the User (provided the Product has reached the Company within this period).

5 If the Company ascertains that the right of withdrawal exercised by the User does not comply with the conditions set out in this article 'Returns and Refunds' (e.g. Product returned in the absence of the identification tag and/or altered in its essential qualities), the Company will not carry out the reimbursement of the Price and possibly of the Delivery Costs, without prejudice to the User's right to ensure that the same returned Product is returned to him by the Company in the state in which the returned Product is located, at the User's expense.
